May 12, 2018 will forever remain as one of the most remarkable days of my life! Why? Because I had the honor of participating in Showering Love’s Mother’s Day Tea Party held at the First United Methodist Church of Fort Lauderdale. For me, it was much more than a tea party, it was a day where women of all sizes, shapes, colors, homeless, not homeless, came together to break bread and to build one another up. It was a day of healing hearts, binding wounds, building bridges, and learning to accept and love ourselves, and love each other. My heart reached a new level of compassion for mankind -- my spirit soared for days after! Showering Love promotes heavenly love. Thank you for letting me be a part of this beautiful event!
