Karen Pintado

Secretary

Karen Pintado, MSN, RN-BC, brings 23 years of nursing expertise to her role as a Nurse Educator. With a Master of Science in Nursing, she serves as a Department Chair for Practical Nursing and Health Science at Broward County Public Schools.

Karen holds a Florida RN license, a certification in medical/surgical nursing from the American Nurses Credentialing Center, and a Florida Teaching Certificate. As a Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Instructor for the American Heart Association, she is dedicated to healthcare education. Karen’s commitment to excellence is reflected in her membership in the Delta Epsilon Iota Academic Honor Society and the Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society.
